Our preprint describing our work with the Sears lab on BFT (B. fragillis toxin) on HT-29 cells and the effect on the transcriptome and epigenome (chromatin accessibility is out. Find it here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/04/18/301374.
Our paper with the Simner lab in JAC is out “Antibiotic pressure on the acquisition and loss of antibiotic resistance genes in Klebsiella pneumoniae”. It’s a case study of a single patient who had two different K. pneumo strains in them, one HMV and one XDR. Using nanopore and illumina sequencing for genome assemblies. PDF
Our *other* paper with the Simner lab and Dr. Tamma on a Burkholderia cepacia case study is also out in AAC: Pubmed.
