Our Recent Papers with Simner Lab
Our paper with the Simner lab in JAC is out “Antibiotic pressure on the acquisition and loss of antibiotic resistance genes in Klebsiella pneumoniae”. It’s a case study of a single patient who had two different K. pneumo strains in them, one HMV and one XDR. Using nanopore and illumina sequencing for genome assemblies. PDF
